SUMMER FUND RAISER
EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS


Total received now stands at $28,500
Goal for completion is July 1, 2008

The Summer Fund Raiser, initiated earlier this spring with a matching gift of $10,000, has exceeded all expectations. Contributions toward this original matching gift were proceeding apace when a second matching gift of $5,000 was received. Potential income for the Center from this project now stands at $30,000. Deadline for completion of the project is July 1, 2008. Contributions may be made by mailing them to: Lutheran Counseling Center, 132 Jefferson Ave., Mineola, NY 11501

This workshop is about assessing and addressing children/adolescents during a time of grieving. The workshop will identify the many causes and stages of grief in children and adolescents and explore techniques in reaching the joy beyond the pain.
